Singulair tablets 10mg contain montelukast, which is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that prevents leukotriene-mediated inflammation in asthma and allergic rhinitis, and are used in adults and teenagers over the age of 15 to reduce swelling and mucous secretion in asthma and relieve symptoms like nasal congestion, runny nose and sneezing in allergic rhinitis.
